How can I pay for my purchase?                                                                                                              
 
You can pay for your purchase using PAYPAL. At checkout simply follow the link to take you to PAYPAL payment processing and follow the steps. You will also receive a confirmation email advising you that your payment was successful. PAYPAL is recognised worldwide as being fast, easy and secure. 

Alernatively you can phone or fax your order to us and we will manually process your order. You can also pay by cheque or money order, simply send us an email with your order request to customerservice@missorganised.com.au we will advise you of the total due including any shipping fees. Please make payments payable to 'Miss Organised.' Cheques and money orders will need to be cleared before goods will be dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Miss Organised uses Australia Post, delivery times are via regular post as indicated by Australia Post guidelines. We can ship by Express Post, please contact us for a price quote prior to making a purchase, please note that Express Post will incur an additional charge if you choose to use this option.

All purchases made from the Miss Organised website are usually dispatched same day as purchased, if purchased after 3pm goods are dispatched next working day. 

 
What if I change my mind about my purchase?
 
At Miss Organised we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out, so we are happy to give you a refund or allow you to exchange your purchase for something else within 10 days from the date of purchase (freight charges are non-refundable). All returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Please send us an email at customerservice@missorganised.com.au and wait for further instruction from us before making your return. Please note that the return of goods including postage and handling charges are at the customers own expense.
 
What is the Miss Organised privacy policy?
 
At Miss Organised we understand and respect your concern about privacy and the way private customer information is handled. Any personal customer information such as your name, address and other personal details will be handled responsibly and never disclosed, sold to or given away to any third parties. The information you provide to us will simply be used to process your order and at times we may use your details for our own marketing and promotional purposes.
 
My delivery contains damaged of faulty item/s.
 
All goods are thoroughly checked before being dispatched, however due to circumstances beyond our control accidents and errors may occur. In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, please either email us at customerservice@missorganised.com.au or telephone us on 02 9824 0208 within 48 hours of receiving your goods so that we may make alternative arrangements.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, if you live outside of Australia and would like to make a purchase, please send an email to customerservice@missorganised.com.au.    
 

I'd like to buy a gift for someone, can you send it to them direct?

Yes, if your purchase is a gift for someone, please put the recipients address as the postal address. If you'd like to give us any further instruction please send an email to customerservice@missorganised.com.au with relevant details. At present we can only offer this service for gifts which are delivered to an address within Australia. Soon we will have a range of gorgeous gift cards available for you to purchase on the website. Gift wrapping is a complimentary service.
